It is true. CCP needs quicker ways for pirates to clear belts from miners and ratters. Lo sec belts are too crowded and this change only makes them more crowded. A very bad move from CCP. CCP are idiots and don't know what they're doing. Us mega elite pirates do know what we're talking about, hence, based on my infallible logic there is only one conclusion: CCP has no choice but to revert this change.
How did I do, gais? 
Did my brain slow down enough to be part of the bad ass elite pirates club?

They're not official channels. And I sure as hell hope that if CCP were ever to act based purely on numbers to an Assembly Hall thread they'd weed out the alts and extra accounts, and also take into account whether the change benefits 1 corp/alliance or indeed Eve as a whole.
If it were otherwise, Privatears would certainly always get their way  .
And all this ignoring the fact that most players don't even read, much less participate in forum discussions.
